澎湖海鮮大餐

到離島最重要的就是~吃。海。鮮。

在吉貝的廟口路邊攤點了澎湖特產鐘螺和海膽,碳烤鐘螺很大,用竹籤順著殼將螺肉拉出,黑黑的尾巴不能吃,很苦,螺肉海腥味很重,不是很好吃。海膽就很新鮮,搵上哇沙米醬油,辛辣和台灣醬油的鹹味襯托出海膽的鮮甜,突破我吃海膽的心結。

然後來到澎湖西嶼區的清心小吃部。一開始以為來到外婆家,沒想到上了二樓才發現人客滿滿,人聲鼎沸,可以吃到各式各樣的海鮮,彷彿進了寶庫一般。生魚片很鮮甜,不太確定是什麼魚類,但是肯定新鮮。醋味小管就是將透抽川燙後,搵上醋醬,小管的肉質Q脆卻易入口,好滋味吃得到。當然還有些其他的海產,諸如炸大蝦、炸紅新娘等等,都是很多人必點的菜色。

在離開澎湖前狠下心來點了一隻龍蝦,做兩吃:龍蝦味增湯和龍蝦沙拉。沙拉是我指定的,因為太久沒吃辦桌,有點想念美乃滋配上龍蝦肉的味道。清心小吃部的美乃滋似乎是自己打的,沒有很重的甜味,所以可以吃得到龍蝦肉的本味。湯甘美,肉新鮮,尤其是蝦腳肉,軟中帶勁,即使要費勁功夫才吃到也值得的好起來。

據說龍蝦都是野生,由附近的漁夫捉到賣給清心小吃部的。以上生魚片一百三十元,醋味小管約一百多,龍蝦一台斤一千一百元。

吉貝島上小吃店的主人不錯,交情好的話,會煮一些珍味給客人吃喔!之前和一群剛捕到海膽的漁夫們蹲在港邊挖新鮮的海膽"問"哇沙米吃,很甜!令人回味無窮。
